"Trioroboro" is the latest anamorph painting I created, in an abandoned school during Sketchmate festival in Chieri, close to Torino.
The uroboro, a snake biting its own tail, is a symbol of continuity in many cultures, representing the cyclical nature of things. I thus took inspiration from the saying "one never stops learning" and the three levels of mandatory school in Italy, uniting three snakes in a triple continuity which, sadly, is to be found rarely in our educational system.
Mach505, "Trioroboro", sketch.
