“Testa’d rol”, in Piedmontese dialect, literally means “durmast head”, and is used for particularly hard-headed fellows who like their food cooked to perfection. The look-and-feel of this brewery/restaurant is imprinted on natural themes and woody, forest colors. Immersed as it is in the luscious green hill of Torino, no other theme could be more appropriate than “quoting” some of the most important plants in the Italian cuisine!
